Brought my Audi S5 in for service and they delivered excellence as always. The customer service was top-tier, and they took the time to answer all my detailed maintenance questions without rushing me. Communication is lightning-fast, and being able to text the shop directly instead of calling is a huge plus. Finding a shop this reliable and easy to work with is rare. Highly recommend!

Recently got a 2008 Touareg and wanting to make it off-road, and Black Forrest is the perfect local shop to make it happen. Seeing their wide range collections of VAG overlanders really helped me decide on how I want my car to be.

BFT has helped me on and off the last 5ish years on the bigger or trickier jobs for my personal vehicles. From a timing job on an 03’ Jetta TDI to solving an electrical fault in my ‘16 Q5 TDI that was linked to the accelerator pedal. You can count on them to get the job done thoroughly, timely, and with the best knowledge around. Worth every penny. After hours drop off and pickup is a plus.

Exceptional service from start to finish. Had front brakes replaced and an oil change on my 2017 Macan S — the work was thorough, precise, and completed on time. Communication was excellent: clear updates, transparent pricing, and the team explained everything they did. Friendly, professional, and trustworthy — I’ll be back for all future maintenance. Highly recommend. Thanks Rob!!!

In two words... "WORLD CLASS". From the initial email inquiry to service completion I was very impressed with installation of the front sway bar, end links and alignment on my '24 VW GTI. Rob and Morgan were great up front and the technician, Jeremy was efficient and completed the requested work with the utmost care and expertise. Whenever I need service outside of my comfort zone or ability, Black Forest Technik will be the shop.
